Why dark matter does not emit photon?

We are now living in the era of new revolution. Are we again treading on the process of huge revolution that occurred in the late 19th century and the early 20th century? The current observation of dark matter requires explanation on two important situations as the following. Situation 1: Denial of the gravitational (attractive) phenomenon Dark matter is five times more than the general matter, but it does not show macro-structure like the structure of galaxy or galaxy cluster, or micro-structure like fixed star or planet. The result of the current observation is that dark matter has attractive interaction with the general matter, but does not interact with the other dark matter. In other words, the observation or interpretation is that dark matters do not exert gravity on each other. Space doesn't expand and New Proof of Hubble's law After the expansion of space was observed in the 1920s, physicists and astronomers introduced the concept of "space expands" into physics and many observations and research results were used based on this. However, we can't explain why space expands and why it has a specific velocity and is no observations of expansion of space. This study proves that the expansion of the universe and Hubble's law doesn't result from the expansion of space, but is a dynamical result from the movement of galaxies in space. We could confirm that Hubble's law was always valid when the effect of acceleration was smaller than initial velocity. Also, this shows that cosmological red shift comes out from the Doppler effect of light. Expansion of space was explained that it was related to red shift and scale factor. By recognizing the components of the universe, we are estimating the quantity of components composing the universe through size of gravity and gravitational potential energy. In this paper, it is being shown that the universe can be created and expanded through pair creation of positive energy(mass) and negative energy(mass) from zero energy condition. Also, gravitational potential energy is composed by 3 units of U+, U-, and U-+ when negative and positive energy exists, U-+ has positive values and is the component that makes repulsive gravitational effect. U-+ corresponds with the inner energy of the system and can be interpreted as dark energy.
